Welcome to our Kids Program!

Here at Island Circus Space, we run a performance-focused, non-competitive circus program for kids of all ages. Our classes are named after our feathered friends to represent the strengths and abilities of our incredible, high-flying students.

  • We have classes for students from 2 years old, all the way up to grade 12. Our program includes instruction in Aerial Acrobatics (silks, lyra, trapeze, and more!), Object Manipulation (juggling, plate spinning, and more!), Floor Acrobatics (handstands, group pyramids, acro, and more!) and Performance.

  • We have one-on-one coaches available for students who benefit from support in activities like ours, as well as private lessons for students who prefer to learn outside a group class environment. If you are interested in learning more, please contact us.

  • If you are joining us for the first time and have trained your circus skills elsewhere, please get in touch with us to arrange a visit to the space and we’ll be happy to meet you and help determine which of our classes would best match your current level of experience.

  • All students who are trying circus for the first time will begin in a foundational class. This includes students who have previous experience in similar sports.

  • Please visit our Value and Policies page to learn more about our program and contact kids@islandcircusspace.com with any questions or inquiries! Rose, our Program Director, will be excited to speak with you.

We can’t wait to fly into another session of soaring circus!
